Starting my second year leasing at 1405. Overall, no complaints. Views are great, pool is a great amenity, and it's the best bang for your buck in the neighborhood. Changed units last month. Hillary in the leasing office was extremely helpful, taking care of all issues and concerns in a timely manner, always available by phone or email or just popping down into the office. Ultimately, the lease transfer was seamless.

The apartments are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed — the floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end finishes, and open layouts make it feel so bright and comfortable. The amenities are incredible too the gym is always spotless, the rooftop views are amazing, and the common areas are perfect for working or relaxing. What really sets 1405 Point apart, though, is the management team. They’re always friendly and responsive.

The amenities are extremely well maintained. My apartment happens to be right by the trash room, about which I was a bit worried. But since I moved in in July, the trash room has always been clean and the hallways frequently vacuumed.

I lived at 1405 for about 8 months and had a great experience. The staff was very helpful. Any service needed they would show up day of or next day to complete. I never had any issues with any appliances or fixtures. The amenities were top of the line and Securty was very secure.
